Engineering for the Community

A Vision of Service

My Mission

To earn my degree in engineering so that I may build a more inclusive world where technical solutions are always grounded in human empathy.

Why Engineering?

I believe that the most profound technical skills are those that include the human element. The world faces deep social and ethical problems that require us to be directly on the ground. This is why I immerse myself in my community today—I want to understand exactly how the real world works before I begin to build for it.

Evidence of Commitment

My experiences have taught me that true problem solving begins with listening. I am dedicated to bridging the gap between pure logic and the people it is meant to serve.

Advocating for Residents

At weekly Meet the People Sessions, I translate emotional struggles into actionable government appeals. This role has taught me real problem solving beyond textbooks.

Grassroots Coordination

Working with the Siglap Youth Network and Eastwood Ria Network, identifying and addressing daily community hurdles.

Connecting with People

As an emcee, I focus on understanding human interaction. Managing room energy or small groups, learning to communicate with heart.

The Ultimate Goal

I serve my community today so that I can craft inclusive engineering solutions tomorrow. My ambition is to become a builder who ensures everyone can prosper together.
